SHIPPING POLICY

1. MADE-TO-ORDER PROCESSING Isaiah's Lamps does not hold pre-made stock. Every order is produced to order and must pass our quality-control process before it can ship. Work on your order begins after purchase, and we dispatch your item as soon as it is manufactured and has passed inspection. As each item is made to order, we do not provide an exact completion date.

2. MANUFACTURING & DISPATCH

  • Manufacturing: Production typically takes more than 30 days and may take up to a maximum of 60 days.
  • Dispatch: Once manufactured, your order ships as soon as possible.
  • Delivery after dispatch: Transit time depends on your destination and the carrier, and is additional to the manufacturing period above.

These are good-faith estimates, not guarantees. By ordering, you acknowledge and accept the made-to-order timeline.

3. ORDER TRACKING We provide valid tracking for every order. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive tracking details by email. Please allow time for tracking to update as your parcel moves through international networks.

4. CARRIER, CUSTOMS & DELIVERY DELAYS Once an order is handed to the carrier, delivery is in the hands of third-party shipping providers and customs authorities. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs processing, weather, or other factors outside our control. A package marked "Delivered" by the carrier is considered delivered. We are not responsible for parcels stolen after confirmed delivery. A production or shipping delay, while we are actively fulfilling your order and providing tracking, does not constitute non-delivery and is not a valid basis for a chargeback.

5. CUSTOMS, DUTIES & IMPORT CHARGES The recipient is the importer of record. Any local customs duties, import taxes, or fees that may apply are the recipient's responsibility.

6. INCORRECT ADDRESS Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders delayed or lost due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer. Re-shipping costs for returned parcels due to address errors are the customer's responsibility.
